How to choose
Cream first, serum second
Both contain 0.3% retinol, so never use them on the same night. The cream is richer and paired with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, which makes the start easier. The serum is a lighter, more concentrated finish for people who already use retinol.
How to start
Two to three nights a week, a pea-sized amount, on dry skin, then moisturizer. Some dryness or flaking in the first two weeks is a normal adjustment. Stop if you get burning, swelling or a rash. Wear sunscreen every morning.
Who should not use retinol
Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not on the same night as another exfoliating acid, including the glycolic face wash. Patch test first if your skin is sensitive.
