Skin Scan
Point your camera at your face. The scan reads six markers across five zones, tells you which three are actually loud right now, and builds a morning and evening routine around them — including the products you already own and the ones you should not use together.

Scan
Six seconds of looking straight at the camera. Five frames are read in your browser and none of them is uploaded.
- 02
Read
Six markers scored 0–100 and mapped onto five zones of your face, in plain words.

Routine
A morning and an evening routine built from what the scan found, with the clashes removed.
What the scan actually measures
Six appearance markers, each scored 0–100 and banded loud, medium or quiet. Scores describe how your skin looks today in the light you are standing in — they are not a diagnosis, and the scan never names a medical condition.
Clarity
Visible blemishes and congestion, counted per zone.
Humidity plus sunscreen is the classic Lahore congestion combination.
Even tone
Dark spots, post-acne marks and overall tone spread.
The slowest marker to move, and the one most people are actually here for.
Texture
Surface roughness read off the light falling across your skin.
Responds first to a cleanse that does not strip.
Oil balance
Shine in the T-zone measured against your cheeks.
Oily does not mean hydrated. Most oily skin here is dehydrated skin.
Hydration
Fine dehydration lines and how light scatters off the surface.
Air conditioning indoors, 40°C outdoors. This one moves fast.
Firmness
Expression lines around the eyes and mouth at rest.
Measured at rest, not mid-smile, so it is comparable month to month.

Your face is not one surface
Most routines fail because they treat the whole face as the loudest zone. The scan scores forehead, T-zone, cheeks, under-eye and jaw separately, so a shiny T-zone does not put a mattifying product on cheeks that are already dry.
Where the zones disagree, the routine splits: one product all over, one product only where it is needed.
The photo never leaves your phone
Scoring runs in the browser. The face model is downloaded to your phone the first time you scan and runs there; no image, video or face data is sent anywhere. The six scores and your answers stay in this browser so the next scan has something to compare against.

What a camera cannot tell you
A scan reads the surface, and it reads it differently in different light. It cannot tell melasma from post-inflammatory pigment, it cannot see hormonal acne for what it is, and it cannot judge a mole. Anything changing shape, growing or bleeding needs a dermatologist, not a serum.
Scan again, and the
bars move
The second scan is the point. Same markers, same zones, the two sets of bars on top of each other — so you can tell whether a routine is working instead of guessing from the mirror. The result page gives you a week-4 calendar reminder; pigment's real timeline is eight to twelve weeks.
Six questions
get you most of the way
The scan sharpens the routine, it does not gate it. Answer six questions and you get the same morning and evening plan, the same clash warnings and the same timeline.
