Lahore orders usually arrive faster than other cities. Your final delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days, depending on city and courier availability.

Free delivery on orders of Rs. 1,000 and above. Delivery charges apply below Rs. 1,000. Standard delivery below the threshold is Rs. 200. The final payable amount is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day so the courier can complete the drop-off.

If a COD delivery is refused, left unanswered after repeated attempts, or returned to us as undeliverable, the order is cancelled. Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being restricted on future orders.

For unopened, unused products in original packaging, contact support within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

For change-of-mind returns of eligible unopened items, return courier charges are paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund.

Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect on arrival.

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, WhatsApp or email us within 7 days with your order number, batch code and a clear photo. In these cases we cover the return courier cost and will replace the item or refund you.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Online payments are refunded to the original payment method when available. COD orders are refunded to a Pakistani bank account you nominate. Shipping fees are only refunded when the return is our fault (defect, damage or wrong item).
