The rules.

These terms are between you and Elluvi, a skincare business based in Lahore, Pakistan (trading as “Elluvi”). Questions: support@elluvi.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order or apply to the affiliate programme. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if we cannot verify delivery details. A contract forms when we confirm the order (email, WhatsApp or account confirmation).

Delivery, COD, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change over time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Online payment options appear at checkout only when enabled for your order.

We describe products accurately based on our formulation records. Skincare results vary between individuals — we do not guarantee specific outcomes and we do not make medical claims. Patch-test guidance on product pages is educational, not a substitute for professional advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Skin Companion routines, streaks and progress photos are personal tools — not medical advice. Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse rewards, reviews or affiliate tools.

By posting a review or comment you confirm it is honest and your own. We may moderate or remove content that is fake, defamatory, or violates the review policy. Verified Purchase labels are reserved for eligible completed orders.

Elluvi branding, product photography, packaging design and website copy are the property of Elluvi. Please do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
